Cambodian New Year 2024
The Sangha and the Board of Directors of Wat Dhammarangsey cordially invite all families and friends of the Buddhist communities to join us welcoming the Cambodian New Year 2024 and the Saturday Angel – Mahotarea Tevy (មហោទរាទេវី) (one of the seven daughters of Kabil Moha Prum) as she will make her way to protect humanity from all forms of evil.

09:30 am Pay homage to the Triple Gem, Receive the five precepts
10:00 am Alms round and invitation to recite Dhamma
11:00 am Food offering to the Sangha.
11:30 am OCBS President will talk about members and their work and planning activities.
12:00 pm Lunch for lay people.
12:30 pm Kabal Moha Prum Procession. Traditional Trot dance led by the Cambodian Dance Troupe Angel Parade, and Khmer Traditional fun games.
5:30 pm Pay homage (Namasaka) to the Triple Gem. Receive the five precepts and Paritta Chanting (New Year).
06:00 pm Two seats of Dhamma talk.
